What I Offer

Coaching isn’t one size fits all, so we begin with where you are.

Some people arrive knowing exactly what they want to change but feel unable to move forward. Others know something isn’t right but cannot yet name what they want instead. Both are valid places to begin.

How I work

Together, we explore your strengths, values, patterns and whatever may be standing between you and the change you want to make.

I use reflective conversation alongside practical tools. The process is shaped around you rather than following a fixed formula.

Coaching Options

Free Conversation | 30 mins | Free
A relaxed, no pressure conversation to explore what’s bringing you to coaching, what you’d like to change and whether working together feels right.

Coaching Package | 6 sessions | £350
Six personalised coaching sessions (1 hour each), usually held two to four weeks apart, giving you time to reflect, experiment and build momentum between sessions. You will receive an email summary of each session, WhatsApp support between sessions if requested.

Clarity Session | 90 mins | £90
A focused standalone session for one particular question, decision or area where you feel stuck. We’ll explore what’s really influencing you and identify a meaningful way forward.

Individual Coaching | 60 mins | £70
A standalone coaching session for focused support or for previous clients who would like to check in following a coaching package.

All sessions are available online. In-person sessions may also be available within 20 miles of Dundee by arrangement.

After our discovery call and before your first session (Clarity, Individual or Package), you will complete a short questionnaire to help me understand where you are now and what you would like to gain from our coaching time together. If beneficial, I will also set pre-reading, reflections or make use of coaching tools between sessions.
